About Me

I studied Cranio-Sacral Integration with Thomas Attlee at the College for Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CCST), London UK, the first college for CST in Europe.

My journey to Craniosacral Therapy (CST) came through my youngest son, whose journey since having a stroke as a young baby has brought me to explore many avenues for healing and regeneration. I fell in love with CST when I brought him to the Osteopathic Centre for Children and could immediately feel how healing the environment, and of course, the practice itself was for us both.

The power and insight of such a gentle therapy captivated me, and I haven’t looked back since.

I am a certified member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA).
